Fullhard (Unannealed)
A term for a CRC material subjected to IN-LINE ANNEALING or BATCH TYPE ANNEALING whereby its microstructure and properties are brought back to its original state as in the hot rolled condition.
Annealed
A term for a CRC material direct from cold rolling (cold reduction) hot rolled (HRC) materials.
It is the property of galvanized sheet to be formed and bended without any breaks, cracks or flaking of the zinc coating, alloying the zinc bath with the required percentage of aluminum. This is more commonly referred to as “0T”.
